Nope -- the US has already announced its troop reduction, as well. As the Iraqi army assumes responsibility for the security in more and more areas every day, all the coalition troops will begin to standdown.

Many countries are with the U.S forces and back the U.S government. A little one called Thailand has been a friend of the U.S for quite a while. Thailand has suffered many casualties since joining the war in Iraq. Mainly thru terrorist acts and blatant related murders. From the storming of army weapon depots to the most common murders we see on T.V at night. It is the rubber tappers of the south of Thailand that are hit the hardest. Older men at 4 in the morning get stabbed to death by muslim extremists while alone in the forest. Many of these farmers don't even know where Iraq is. Many school teachers have been shot as well. This country does not complain, nor does its people. It fights back.

Perhaps sometimes America thinks its alone in this war. Its not. I thought you guys may never hear about this. Even though it effects mine and many peoples day to day lives in this part of the world.

If you are looking for the straight scoop on what is going on in Iraq, I recommend the following website:

http://www.mnf-iraq.com/Transcripts/060223.htm

It is the briefiings supplied by the military to the world press --- amazing how little of it gets into the mainstream media.

For this particular briefing, pay close attention to the last two slides -- they are the ones that tell the story that needs to be told.

Woman Missing for 10 Years Speaks Out

Published: 3/24/06, 11:47 AM EDT

This story was weird to me, ten years and she had been out of the House a few times , but just now decides to tell .

Women missing for 10 years speaks out .

MCKEESPORT, Pa. (AP) - Since the day she ran away 10 years ago, Tanya Nicole Kach says her home was a bedroom she was rarely allowed to leave. A man more than twice her age kept her there, she says, where she had only a bucket for a bathroom.

The two had met at her middle school, where they kissed in a stairwell when he caught her skipping class, according to a criminal complaint. A few months later they devised a plan for her to leave home, and when she moved in, a sexual relationship began, she told police.

On Tuesday, Kach left and told authorities her story - that Thomas John Hose kept her in his parents' house since she was reported missing in eighth grade. As the years went by, she said, she started to believe her relationship wasn't normal.

"He had a puppet, I've come to realize," she told a television station.

Hose, 48, was charged with statutory sexual assault and three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse Wednesday. He was suspended without pay from the middle school where the two met and where he had continued to work as a security guard.

On Friday, an Allegheny County judge granted prosecutors' request to keep Hose jailed until Monday, when a hearing on bond would be scheduled.

Hose's attorney, Jim Ecker, said he had expected Hose to be released Friday. Ecker has said that Hose didn't force Kach to live with him and that she was never held against her will. He declined to comment further Friday.

Kach said she lived in Hose's home with his parents and his son, who is two years younger than her, but that the parents didn't know she was there. She said she remained in Hose's room until about 2000, then was allowed to leave only when his parents were not home.

She told police that Hose had her record their sessions in a calendar book so "he could brag to co-workers and friends of him engaging sex and how often," according to the complaint.

About 10 months ago, Hose devised a plan for her to change her identity and her name to Nikki Allen, she said. Hose told his parents his new girlfriend Nikki was moving in, Kach said. She was allowed to go to church and venture out during the day, she said, but soon realized her living situation was not normal.

"I was scared. ... I came to realize other people's relationships weren't like that. I had to be home at 2 p.m. everyday, be at home by 8:30," Kach told KDKA-TV.

Hose told people she was a year older than her actual age, she said.

"He let me keep my birthday. I got to celebrate my birthday on my birthday," Kach said.

On Tuesday, the 24-year-old Kach walked into a neighborhood deli and told the owner her true identity. The deli owner called his son - a retired police officer who recognized Kach's name - and a missing children hot line.

Kach was reunited with her father, Jerry Kach, on Tuesday. Jerry Kach's wife, Jo-Ann Kach, said Thursday that Tanya had been a habitual runaway, and attributed that to Kach's divorce and integrating his family with hers.

Hose's attorney, Jim Ecker, said Hose wouldn't speak to the media. An AP reporter knocked on Hose's door Thursday, but was told to leave the property.

James Warman, 53, who lives on the same street, said Thursday he never saw Kach until about eight months ago. He said she was a sweet girl who would talk with people in the neighborhood, but would hurry home in the early afternoon, before Hose got home from work.

"I don't want to say 'nice guy,' but that's what he seemed like. But now, you've got to look at him in a different light," she said.

News story tonight--I didn't catch where but A blind man saved his next door elderly neighbor from a burning house. He knew she was ill and old so he put a child monitor in her house and durring the night he heard her call for help. He went out of his house felt along the fence that separated them and went in and got her out, it showed pictures of a house fully involved in flames. Now that is a hero.

But really, why is it people can't be drunk when they vote. It helps with the pain and if the guy they vote for wins and becomes a bastard atleast a person can say they were drunk when they voted.

The serving of alcohol has been outlawed in Thailand for Sunday's general elections.

The Government crackdown on the sale of alcohol begins at 6:00PM Saturday and would remain in force until midnight Sunday.

Pubs, restarants, supermarkets and convenience stores are prohibited from selling alcohol. Even the city's big hotels such as The Peninsula, the Mandarin Oriental, and the Bangkok Shangri-La, have halted sales of alcohol

This story bothered me some , I feel for the Son of this Woman .

457-Pound Woman Set to Be Cremated

DALLAS (AP) - A 457-pound woman whose body lay in a morgue for nearly two months because of a dispute over the cost of her cremation will be cremated within the next few days, officials said Thursday.

Charlotte Ann Blue died Feb. 6 but she wasn't immediately cremated because of the disagreement between Dallas County and its crematorium contractor.

Blue's son, Sam Hunter, said he believed his mother had been cremated under a plan for indigent county residents until he called to get a death certificate and learned of the dispute.

County Medical Examiner Charles Gaylor said Blue's case arose amid contract negotiations with the crematorium, which bills the county $300 for bodies that weigh up to 300 pounds.

The crematorium had asked for $157 extra, or $1 per pound, WFAA-TV reported.

When the son found out, the county agreed to pay the extra fee and apologized to the woman's family, WFAA reported. Her body will be cremated within the next days, Gaylor said.

Extra costs for extra weight are normal in the crematory business because cremation in such cases is more involved and takes longer, said Jack Springer, executive director of the Cremation Association of North America.

Online Ads Ask for Sex in Lieu of Rent
Apr 04 2:11 PM US/Eastern

SAN FRANCISCO

In Atlanta, an online ad offers a room in exchange for "sex and light office duty." In Los Angeles, a one-bedroom pool house is free "to a girl that is skilled and willing." And in New York City, a $700-a- month room is available at a discount to a fit female willing to provide sex.

On the widely used Web site Craigslist.org, some landlords and apartment dwellers looking for roommates are offering to accept sex in lieu of rent.

"They have to be attractive. I don't let just anybody come into my house," said Mike, a man who answered the phone at the New York City listing but declined to give his last name _ and refused to say whether he has, in fact, collected the rent under the sheets.

An ad for a townhouse near Bradenton, Fla., seeks a "female that likes to be nude. Nothing more expected."

It is unclear how much success people have had with their rent-for-sex ads.

Tenants rights groups have accused Craigslist of skirting fair housing requirements. In February, a group called the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law sued the Web site for publishing housing ads that excluded people based on their race, religion and sex.

But legal experts say Craigslist is shielded by a 1996 federal law that protects online service providers that merely pass along unedited information provided by someone else.

And in most states, prostitution laws apply only if the ads are followed by e-mails, phone conversations or other acts that advance the proposition.

"The mere posting itself is absolutely not illegal," said Anthony Lowenstein, a defense lawyer in San Francisco, "unless the guy who posts it or the person who answers it does something that makes it a little closer to happening."

Cops: Teacher had sex with 13-year-old student 28 times in one week
APRIL 4--Meet Rachel Holt. The 34-year-old Delaware teacher is facing rape charges for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old student 28 times during a one-week period last month. Holt, a science teacher at Claymont Elementary School, allegedly had sex with the boy, a student in her class, at her Wilmington home. According to a probable cause affidavit filed today in Justice of the Peace Court, the boy's father contacted cops yesterday afternoon and told them his child was having "inappropriate contact" with Holt. Last night, in an interview at New Castle County police headquarters, Holt admitted she had intercourse with the boy 27 times and performed oral sex once during the last week of March. She also revealed that another student, 12, had watched her having sex with the boy and that she had provided both boys with beer. Holt is being held in a local lockup in lieu of $560,450 bail.

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has put his foot - maybe even both feet - in his mouth, making him the undisputed champion in this event among heads of state.

This time, Berlusconi used of the Italian term, "coglioni" to denigrate his adversaries, thereby raising the heat of campaigning five days ahead of Italy's general election.

In a speech to a small business and shopkeepers' group, the Italian leader used "coglioni", which is a slang word for testicles, to describe center-left voters - but the term is also used as a crude insult to describe someone of little intelligence.

The term has various English translations in British and American dictionaries, including everything from "idiot", "cretin", "fool" and "moron" to "prick", "a**hole" and even Eye's personal favorite translation, "dickhead".

"I have too much esteem for the intelligence of Italians to think that they could be such 'coglioni' to vote against their own interests," Berlusconi told the group. "Excuse my rough but efficient language."

The incident rocketed to the top of Italy's national news even faster than Bersluconi's numbers are dropping in the polls.

Italy's center-left politicians, led by former European Commission President Romano Prodi, were quick to some criticizing of their own.

"Berlusconi has confirmed himself to be an uncouth and vulgar man," the opposition bloc said in a statement.

"By using these ignoble and violent words, Berlusconi has thrown off the mask and shown himself for what he is: a person who uses the media like a thug and who lacks any respect for democracy, for institutions and for Italians," the statement read.

MARSEILLES, France -- Skirt-chasing playboy Daniel Anceneaux spent weeks talking with a sensual woman on the Internet before arranging a romantic rendezvous at a remote beach -- and discovering that his on-line sweetie of six months was his own mother!

"I walked out on that dark beach thinking I was going to hook up with the girl of my dreams," the rattled bachelor later admitted. "And there she was, wearing white shorts and a pink tank top, just like she'd said she would.

"But when I got close, she turned around -- and we both got the shock of our lives. I mean, I didn't know what to say. All I could think was, 'Oh my God! it's Mama!' "

But the worst was yet to come. Just as the mortified mother and son realized the error of their ways, a patrolman passed by and cited them for visiting a restricted beach after dark.

"Danny and I were so flustered, we blurted out the whole story to the cop," recalled matronly mom Nicole, 52. "The policeman wrote a report, a local TV station got hold of it -- and the next thing we knew, our picture and our story was all over the 6 o'clock news. "People started pointing and laughing at us on the street -- and they haven't stopped laughing since."

The girl-crazy X-ray technician said he began flirting with normally straitlaced Nicole -- who lives six miles away in a Marseilles suburb -- while scouring the Internet for young ladies to put a little pizzazz in his life.

"Mom called herself Sweet Juliette and I called myself The Prince of Pleasure, and unfortunately, neither one of us had any idea who the other was," said flabbergasted Daniel.

"The conversations even got a little racy a couple of times.

"But I really started to fall for her, because there seemed to be a sensitive side that you don't see in many girls.

"She sent me poems she had written and told me about her dreams and desires, and it was really very romantic.

"The truth is, I got to see a side of my mom I'd never seen before. I'm grateful for that."

When starry-eyed Daniel asked Sweet Juliette to send him a picture, Nicole e-mailed him a photo of a curvy, half-clad cutie she'd scanned from a men's magazine.

"The girl in the picture was so beautiful, I begged Juliette to meet me on the beach -- and Mom said yes," he recalled. "Mom says she was falling for me, too, and she just wanted to meet me, even though she knew I'd be disappointed when I saw her.

"As for me, I figured I was going to find the girl of my dreams.

"I guess that's about as wrong as I've ever been."

Daniel admits he and his mother could do little but stammer and stutter around each other for days after their cyberspace exploits came to light. And his father Paul -- Nicole's husband of 27 years -- wasn't too happy when the story hit the news and his beer-drinking buddies made him the butt of their jokes.

"Dad was ticked for a while and he forbid Mom to talk to anybody on the Internet ever again," said embarrassed Daniel.

That reminds me of a story already posted here of a father and daughter who met on the Internet and after hot exchanges (without webcams, naturally) decided to meet in a Chicago hotel.

The lady arrived first as was arranged, and then the man. The lights in the room were shut off. She got into bed and waited for him.

He entered the room and stripped (Did he brush his teeth first? Who knows?) and still in the dark, they made love.

They then turned on the light.....

Miracles of miracles.....

BOSTON - A Massachusetts correctional officer is being disciplined for showing the gay cowboy movie ”Brokeback Mountain” to inmates at the state’s largest prison because his boss determined that the film includes content inappropriate for a prison setting.

Massachusetts Department of Correction spokeswoman Diane Wiffin said Saturday that the action was not related to the critically acclaimed film’s plot involving a gay love affair. “It was not the subject matter. It was the graphic nature of sexually explicit scenes,” Wiffin said.

She said the officer, whom she declined to identify, failed to follow prison guidelines that require staff who schedule films to review them in advance for excessive violence, nudity or sex, as well as scenes involving assaults on correctional staff.

Based on Annie Proulx’s short story, “Brokeback Mountain” is about two men who meet and fall in love while wrangling sheep in Wyoming in 1963.

He really is a scum bag isn't he. Thank goodness he doesn't run my countryItalian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has put his foot - maybe even both feet - in his mouth, making him the undisputed champion in this event among heads of state.

Personally I find it hard to believe that a 16 year old girl has the wisdom (for lack of a better word) to make such an enormous decision as moving in with a 45 year old man, in what I am assuming is for a sexual relationship. Maturity levels, sexual experiences, common interests, and life lessons would separate their lives so drastically that I can not see the man seeing her as anything than a play toy and her looking at him as a father figure.

I'm sure you could argue that at what age is that different, 18? 19? 20? 25?....I don't know. But it is not only illegal but it is taboo in this country, except for small areas in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Utah.

I dont for one minute doubt it can happen . When my Daughter was 4 months old , we lived in a house on a steep hill . It had been raining for Days , and it was the weekend before Thanksgiving .We were going over to our Neighbors for a cook out, well the cars on the driveway gave no room to move around with a Baby in my arms. I had on Keds tennis shoes , and I started to walk on the grass to get to between the cars to get through , I took a couple of steps and fell with her.I had swung her around and up toward the front of me so I could cushion it some , well I landed on her left leg . Come to find out I broke her leg . You talk about guilt , omg . And they put her in a cast from waist down , she had just started to crawl . It was a stupid thing , thats all I could think , How stupid I was,but it was a accident , anythings possible .
And even sadder when they took the cast off, she would sleep with her legs in the air the way they were in the cast for about 2 weeks , Killed me

Rain and Peach, I once dropped a baby as well. She was the daughter of a woman I worked with and the grandfather also worked with us. I was holding her and went to hand her over to her grandfather, thinking he was about to take her. He quickly turned away as I let go and down she went. I wanted to die! However, she did not end up with a skull fracture, but a bump on her head and as Rain said, her child ended up with a big bump as well, not a fracture! The fact that Sean's skull was fractured makes me wonder.

Fell outta trees, wrecked their bicycles, the middle one jumped down the stairs and fractured his skull when he was about 12 and broke his collar bone during basketball tryouts his freshman year (didn't tell anyone until the season was over), the oldest one had his jaw broken by a softball, and on and on and on.....

Didn't have seatbelts in those days. The inury prone middle one managed to get the back window rolled down and fell out of the car on his head while my wife was driving down the street. She felt awful. Nowdays, they'd probably send a social worker and a Sheriff's Deputy out to have her arrested.

I agree with you BARKISS, however as I was thinking of this question...in the shower of all places...realised that whether illegal or not is not the question when a revolution is just starting world-wise. Laws exist to maintain a sembalnce of order and tehy are based on the assumption that everyone agrees to them. That is somewhat preposterous however as laws are dictated to us from early years on.

In the case of a 16 year old going to be with a 45 year old man, there has got to be something else than just admiration of a father, and probably the uneasiness of the 45 year old man to handle a woman of his age.

WOuldn't morality enter into the equation if the girl was a virgin? Assuming she was not, then where does the moral concept enter here? I think you are correct that RATIONALLY, it is more a question of

A BAILIFF was sent to an 80-year-old gran’s council home to demand rent arrears of just FIVE PENCE.

Alice Nelson was left “terrified” after the official called on her without warning.

She has lived at the same address for 45 years and has never knowingly been behind with her rent.

The bailiff told Alice, of Wigan, Greater Manchester, she had to hand over the 5p there and then.

And the shaken and confused gran, who had received no prior letters about the demand, gave him a coin without knowing if she really owed it.

She then phoned her daughter Julie Foster in a panic.

This is how silly its got in this country, bloody Diabolical, it wants people to unite and tell this government what they think of them, it cost the council concerned hundreds of pounds to pursue just 5p.

We need a Patriot Guard to guard the men and women who die for our country? Something is very wrong even if you do not agree with the reasons for the war in Iraq...something very wrong....

The Marysville Advocate
Patriot Guard Riders ride at funeral Wednesday
by JoAnn Shum

About 40 members of the Patriot Guard Riders were in Marysville Wednesday morning to show respect for Clarence Johnson, a former staff sergeant in the U.S. Army who served in WWII.
Johnson died Friday and his funeral was Wednesday morning at Kinsley Mortuary.
The request for the Riders’ attendance came from the husband of Johnson’s granddaughter, Virginia Fencil, Greenleaf. Spc. Troy Fencil, is serving with the Kansas National Guard in Iraq.
The family, other than his wife, did not know of his request. He wanted his family to see that he was still thinking of them in his absence, his wife said.
The Patriot Riders led the procession after the service from the funeral home to the Home City Cemetery.
The Patriot Guard Riders, a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation, have one thing in common besides motorcycles. They have an unwavering respect for those who risk their lives for America’s freedom and security, says the organization’s mission statement.
The only prerequisite to being a member is respect, said Chuck Ford, Junction City, a retired commander sergeant major with the Army.
Ford said the e-mail about funerals of veterans goes out to members and they respond by showing up at the funeral to honor the deceased veteran.
They come only if requested by the family.
Members from ElDorado, Salina, Junction City, Clay Center, Manhattan and Home City in Kansas and from several towns in Nebraska were among those attending the Wednesday service.
The mission statement of the Patriot Guard Riders is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission has two objectives:
show sincere respect for fallen heroes, their families and their communities and shield the mourning family and friends from interruptions created by any protester or group of protesters.
They group’s intent is to accomplish its goals through strictly legal and non-violent means.
The Patriot Guard Riders started in early August 2005 with the American Legion Riders chapter 136 from Kansas.
Members say they were appalled to hear that a fallen hero’s memory was being tarnished by misguided religious zealots who were protesting at funerals and decided to do something about it.
At the ALR 136 August meeting, Director Chuck “Pappy” Barshney appointed members, Terry “Darkhorse” Houck, Cregg “Bronco 6” Hansen, Steve “McDaddy” McDonald, and Bill “Wild Bill” Logan to form a committee to strategize and form a battle plan to combat Fred Phelps, Topeka, and the Westboro Baptist Church.
When they heard that the church was going to protest at the funeral of Sgt. John Doles in Chelsea, Okla., they established a mission statement, which included getting the families’ permission and contacting law enforcement and other motorcycle groups in Oklahoma.
They agreed that their ultimate goal was to get veterans and motorcycle organizations involved in every. They were very successful in mustering riders to honor Sgt. Doles and limiting the intrusion by the church.
After the Chelsea mission, the Kansas American Legion Riders wanted all motorcycle groups to be recognized . On Oct. 18, 2005, the Patriot Guard name was established. It was announced on Oct. 27 to more than 100 motorcyclists present at the Tonganoxie mission to Honor Spc. Lucas Frantz.
After the missions in South Haven and a later ride in Edmond, Okla., Jeff “Twister” Brown, from Broken Arrow, Okla., decided to do more than just ride. He saw a need to get a strong nationwide communications and recruiting program in place so he contacted the original AL riders in Kansas and told them of his plans.
They shared their experiences, suggestions and encouragement. Within a matter of days, Brown had formed the Patriot Guard Riders and started a nationwide campaign to garner support.
After a mission ride in Greeley, Colo., Hugh Knaus and Jason “Waldo” Wallin became the national Webmaster and communications director. A mission statement was refined and a Web site was launched. A call immediately went out to individual riders and groups across the nation and state captains were recruited.
Soon the membership included riders from associations like the VFW, American Legion, Rolling Thunder, ABATE, Combat Vets Motorcycle Association, Intruder Alert, Leathernecks Motorcycle Club, and almost 500 individual riders.
The PGR website had received almost 566,000 hits in the first two weeks from Patriots all over America and several foreign countries, and E-mails were pouring in from people wanting to support and join.

Man Who Drowned Girlfriend's Kids in Lake Gets Life in Prison
Wednesday, April 12, 2006

•Man Convicted for Drowning Children in Illinois Lake
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — A man convicted of killing his former girlfriend's three children by letting them drown as their car rolled into a lake was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison.

A judge issued the sentence immediately after the jury decided to find Maurice LaGrone Jr. ineligible for the death sentence sought by prosecutors. Two jurors later said prosecutors failed to prove that LaGrone had intended the children to die.

Six-year-old Christopher Hamm, 3-year-old Austin Brown and 23-month-old Kyleigh Hamm died in less than 5 feet of water at Clinton Lake on Sept. 2, 2003.

Prosecutors had argued that LaGrone, 30, and the children's mother planned the deaths. Defense attorneys said LaGrone made bad decisions, such as parking too close to the water on a boat ramp, but did not intentionally drown the children.

Prosecutor Roger Simpson called the life sentence "acceptable."

"When the guilty verdict came back last night, that was paramount," Simpson said.

Defense attorney Jeff Justice promised an appeal, saying Judge Stephen H. Peters should have given jurors the option of finding LaGrone guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

"This jury was left with no choice," Justice said.

Juror Greg Haddock said jurors did not believe LaGrone meant to kill the children but decided he had put the youngsters in harm's way.

"They were put in a situation that pretty much got out of hand, and he didn't do anything to stop it," Haddock said.

He and fellow juror Louis Villafuerte said LaGrone's testimony worked against him. LaGrone cried when two of his relatives testified, but "I didn't notice any emotion when he talked about the three children," Villafuerte said.

The children's mother, Amanda Hamm, 30, faces identical charges at a later trial. No date has been set.

Trapped NYC Cat Enters Day 13 of Captivity By RICHARD PYLE, Associated Press Writer
Thu Apr 13, 6:36 PM ET

NEW YORK - With Molly the fugitive feline sending out distress calls from a few feet — or maybe just inches — away, animal rescue and city experts tried anew on Thursday to lure the 11-month-old black cat from the innards of a 19th century building where she has been trapped for nearly two weeks.

The low-key drama, with no end in sight, was playing out in the basement wall and ceiling of a Greenwich Village delicatessen, where Molly had been official house mouser until wandering into a narrow space between walls and becoming lost in what rescue supervisor Mike Pastore described as "a maze of beams and pipes, going every which way."

With city building officials on hand to supervise, more bricks were hammered out in the cellar of the 157-year-old, four-story building on Hudson Street. The edifice is part of a landmarked historic district where alterations are prohibited without official permission.

Pastore said he hoped Molly's situation would be seen as enough of an emergency "so that we can knock out a few more bricks."

In another move, two kittens were brought to the scene in a carryon cage, in hopes that their mewing might trigger Molly's maternal instincts enough to draw her out.

Pastore, field director for Animal Care & Control, a private organization with a city contract to handle lost, injured and unwanted animals, said the rescue was the most difficult in his experience. "I've done this dozens of times — even in zero neighborhoods where you're lucky to get out alive," he said.

Molly's meowing could be heard so clearly on the sidewalk outside the building that it seemed she might be a foot or less inside the wall, though blocked from view by vertical studs and other obstructions.

"She's right there," said Pastore. "I'd like to be able to reach in and grab a piece of fur. That's what's so frustrating."

On Wednesday, bricks had been carefully removed at various spots to give Molly an escape route. Molly stayed put. Pastore's team later got a fleeting look at Molly through a tiny video camera snaked into the crawl space, but could not reach her. A cage, baited with food, was left overnight. Molly didn't bite. Even catnip, the feline aphrodisiac, had no effect on the timorous tabby.

Television reporters solicited the views of dog walkers and other passersby who paused to watch the activity that was making headlines across the United States and abroad.

"I think she's really scared, but I think she will come out," offered Katherine Mehta, 10, who was walking her small dog, Pepito, with baby sitter Philomena Brady.

On Thursday, a self-described "cat therapist," Carole Wilbourne, knelt on the sidewalk next to the building's outer wall and tried to coax Molly out with what she hoped were soothing words.

"I hear you, sweetheart," she cooed. "Come on, Molly, you can do it...everybody wants you to come out... nobody's going to hurt you."

After a few minutes, one of Pastore's aides, wearing a surgical mask, emerged from the dusty cellar and asked Wilbourne to stop. "I think you're stressing her out," she said.

Wilbourne complied, saying that she had been trying to "give inspiration" to the wayward cat. "I care," she told reporters. "I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't."

Amid the activity, business went on inside Myers of Keswick, a delicatessen that specializes in meat pies, clotted cream and other British food specialties. "I'm very busy," said proprietor Peter Myers, who opened the store 20 years ago and kept Molly to catch mice.

Pastore said the search for Molly was only one of the current concerns at Animal Care & Control, coinciding with the recovery of a male sheep in Queens and a wild turkey, named Hetta Gobbler, that was roaming the grounds of a Manhattan apartment complex, and was to be released into a park on Friday.

Former federal employee sentenced for filing false tax return
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- A former federal employee from Nashua has been sentenced to a year in prison after pleading guilty to filing a false tax return and failing to pay nearly $150,000 in taxes.

Officials say Michael Henning, 43, admitted claiming on his 1999 tax return that he'd had no income that year, despite having earned $63,000 as an air traffic controller with the Federal Aviation Administration.

Federal prosecutors say Henning also filed false claims in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002 and none at all in 2003. Henning admitted owing the government $146,000 in taxes. © 2006 The Associated Press.

i found this somewhere...this is strange...im not sure how much is true and goes along w/9/11...who took the time to figure this up? the last part is creppy.

Follow the steps at the end, this is pretty
creepy!

1) New York City has 11 letters

2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.

3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.

4) bill clinton has 11 letters.

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:

1) New York is the 11th state.

2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.

3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9+ 2 =11

4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5 = 11

5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 = 11

6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11.

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:

1) The total number of victims inside all the hi-jacked planes was 254. 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.

2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year. Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.

3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3+1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.

4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers incident.

Sheer coincidence..?!

Now this is where things get totally eerie:

The most recognised symbol for the US, after the Stars & Stripes, is the Eagle. The following verse is taken from the Koran, the Islamic holy book:

"For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace."

That verse is number 9.11 of the Koran.

Still uncovinced about all of this..?! Try this and see how you feel afterwards, it made my hair stand on end:

Open Microsoft Word and do the following:

1. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first
plane to hit one of the Twin Towers.

2. Highlight the Q33 NY.

3. Change the font size to 48.

4. Change the actual font to the
WINGDINGS

See what you get.

Did you see this video?? This guy was/is a moron... True video of stupidity!

Tired Of Jokes, Agent Sues Over Gunshot Video

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A federal agent who accidentally shot himself in the foot while telling kids about gun safety said he's become the butt of too many jokes -- so he's suing his employer.

Lee Paige told a group of Orlando, Fla., children that he was the only one in the room professional enough to handle a gun. Moments later, he shot himself.

Paige was then suspended for five days without pay, and the videotape of the shooting was turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.

But the tape soon began making the rounds of the Internet and late-night talk shows.

The lawsuit contends the tape was leaked by the DEA and that the subsequent publicity subjected Paige to "derision" and "ridicule."
