Get Well Soon Kristy30!

I found out yesterday why I haven't seen my good friend Kristy30 around here lately. You know that gut feeling when you sense something is wrong but you can't call to find out and you just have to wait and pray they'll be in touch? (this has happened to me twice this month now)

Turns out she is in the hospital. Without going into detail, she tells me she is going to be fine...just needs some rest and a few more days in the hospital to recouperate.

I know she has many friends on here that would want to send their get well wishes to her.

Kristy...I miss you and once you recover...it's girls night out wine time again! Kisses!

Well I am soooooo thankful for everyone's well wishes. YEAH I'M HOME!!! I was ecstatic today when they told me that I could go home as long as lunch agreed with me. Ok, so it hurt a bit but I said it was FINE. I am fine. I needed to get out.

So here's the story so I save myself from explaining a thousand times...lol

Last Thursday night I was sitting here at the computer...uh...well, I was suppose to be working on report cards but we all know that wasn't exactly the case. All of the sudden I got severe stomach pains. I thought my dinner wasn't agreeing with me or something. I went upstairs to lie down and to stretch out. My husband joked that I just wanted an excuse out of report cards to watch Survivor. I struggled to watch Survivor as I moaned and groaned on the couch. At one point I was having troulbe breathing. This was definitely not indigestion. My husband convinced me to go to the hospital with him. My mom came over to stay with our little girl. After a long wait at the hospital, doctors do tests and tell me I have Pancreatitis. My pancreas is sick. They tell me I need further tests but for now they are putting me on an IV and I'm not allowed to eat or drink anything. SO that's basically it. I was in there for a few days attached to an IV machine and slowly they bumped me up to being able to consume clear fluids...to thick fluids...to finally an EXCITING sandwich today for lunch! woohooo!!!

I have the rest of the week off to recover some more...to finally write my report cards...and to get my flirt back on!!!!
