I need some help planning a mini-vacation for my kids. I want to carry them someplace they have never been. We will leave on a Friday morning and come back on Monday. So I want to try to stay within the states around me...My kids and I like trying anything. So give me some ideas please:)

I didnt spell it right , but you the idea
Rock City is way high on a Mountain and its a little city you go through made out of rock and they have where the kids can climb the side of a big rock and stuff like that , and 10 min. away you have the aqurauim and a movie threater (the 4d ones ) Not alot of money either , I spent less than 200 and stayed there and fed 3 kids

This tread is like almost three years old...I hope Rain found his trip.
But for the future you can try joining a family scavenger hunt...you need a GPS and to belong to a group, you're sent to different locations to find a "treasure" when you find it, you leave something behind for the next person or the first person that finds most of the locations wins. It's a great way to spend time with the family and the kids are learning something without realizing it.
