I think for me, that after 30 was better for sex. It helps to be a bit more mature and less desperate when it comes to attracting women ;). I think it also depends on the women, being with a more mature and stable partner helps. I would say that sex became better at my 30's. Why? Well I was open to experiement more at this age. I was also more patient with women and learned to focus on them more which in turn, was more erotic for me.
