Funny you should mention garbage men...

After I dropped my son off at school this morning, I walked home, bundled up tight because it was so cold and the wind seemed to blow right through me.

I noticed the garbage truck go by and my heart went out to the men working. Their's isn't an easy job. It obviously involves a great deal of heavy lifting, having to work in all kinds of weather, and the smell must be unbearable, especially in the summer! I have no idea what kind of pay they get, but I hope it's an exorbitant amount. We couldn't live without the garbage men.

I see it this way Odin...CADA has been there for me in the past. If I become a lawyer there are women who can't afford to get out of the situation their in. Would like to get with a program and help the women legally and then set them up with someone to help get them on their feet and show them they don't need a man beating on them to have a home over their head. I've been in that situation and when you've had someone degrading you and lowering your self esteem it's hard to take that first step without someone to help and tell you everything will be ok and we'll help you get that security and self esteem back where you can feel safe and enjoy life again.
