Just to clarify: Penny et al. needs to know ages, as there are federal rules about allowing people under 13 (COPPA) to sign up. As there is clearly adult content, Penny et al. exercises the right to exclude anyone under 21.

That data is provided at sign up.

I don't know that there is any requirement that it be shared with the posting public. I may be wrong, but it seems like anyone who has been signed up and moderated is over 18. Again, please correct me if I'm wrong — but as someone who owns and operates other forums (not in this category) this is generally how my sites work (although I allow younger posters as my sites are more general use and family friendly).

Welcome!...just cleared 500 myself..(and it all went strangely quiet....!)...posted a thread and got some nice replies...(maybe something a lot more sexier next time....)...its a place to unwind and excersize your mind, Kindhearted so in that sense, it doesn't get any more real...I have found a freedom to express myself in here unlike any other place previously...I hope you do too....cheers!!
