Anyone watching 'Nashville Star?' It's a takeoff on American Idol, but strictly Country music. Anyone who likes country music would probably like it. Haven't been watching it either 'till this week. This is another one Lady P likes and watched it with her last night.

It's a similar format with contestants and 3 judges ..... Anastasia Brown (the Simon of Nashvillestar), Phil Vassar (sorta like Paula), and a new guest judge each week. Hosts are Cowboy Troy and Winona Judd. Chris Young was probably the best last night, but the other 5 that are left are all pretty good too.

I watched it last night for the first time. I have been wanting to watch it but couldn't figure out what channel or what night it came on. I liked it but didn't vote.

Watched it this week again, but wasn't as good a usual. The poor contestants had to sing songs they'd wrote themselves and most of 'em weren't too good. Should be good again next week though.

(Man that Anastasia Judge puts Simon to shame. She's gorgeous, but a downright mean bitch!)
