What is the best time to play?

I am new here and trying to figure all of this out. I have limited time that I will be able to sign-on. You know the old saying, "When the cat's away, the mouse will play?" What time of the day seems to have the most sign-on participation?

Like most said... it varies depending on who you want to talk with. The boards are always open and as of yet I have not been able to read every new message. One nice thing I do is use the web browser on my phone. Gives a little boost to the day at work when I can have a bit of a quick chat with someone!
