The person might think they're full of everyone else even if they themselves are not in their own carriage of caring, but actually the bits of everyone else there are exaggerated (to themself) by the relative smallness that is their love for themself.

People can see it from the outside. Oh, I care about you, you say... yet you skip turns messaging to spend more time basking in the sorry pool. Why doesn't everyone love me, I support my friends... while at every turn you call attention to the fact that you yourself believe you are second rate, even undeserving of consideration and/or love.

I'm not saying depressed or self-loathing people don't care about others. I'm just saying, the love for others blossoms tenfold when the love for one's self finds its roots deeply planted in the same soil.

It's time to pick yourself up and stop being a doormat (your own, foremost). [Again, Munky, this only pertains to you if it does.] If you're ailment is a broken foot, go see an orthopedist, then a therapist to get that foot functioning normally. Likewise, if you are suffering from a broken spirit, which manifests itself in the form of illogical thinking, go see a mental health (and I emphasize the word health) specialist or therapist.
