All I can say about white water rafting is OUCH! The raft had wooden benches and with the roughness of the water every bounce created another bruise on my ass! I think I fell out of the raft at least three or four times! My father took me when I was pretty young and it took us half the day to go through the rapids... Oh My God! Never again! It was a blast, but also a major pain in my ass, hips, thighs.....

have been to both disney land and world, been swimming in all 5 great lakes, both coastal oceans and the gulf, as well as St. Lawerence Seaway, been storm chasing, have sky dived and bungi jumped... been to Mayan ruins, but even more important I have spent time mentoring children from single parent families, I will soon go to the graduation of one as he gets ready to go off to college on full acedemic scholarship... and he thanks me for getting him there...
