A GREAT PLACE for a HOLIDAY

Some people say I have been on holiday for 10 years which isn't bad for a 32 year old. I have been to Germany, Holland and many south east asian countries. I've travelled up and down the coast of Australia. I have been on tour of hillbilly and redneck towns.
Here is a couple...

We did these states by car in about 40 days. But still. I've been there.

But the best place I have been to was Las Vagas for two weeks a few years back. I lost a bit of money but it sure was worth the effort to get there.

Its not how far you have travelled but how you feel when you are there. The Lake District looks perfect for a few days away. When I was a child our family vacations were cheap, so they were spent in tents and on the south coast of New South Wales in caravan parks. The only thing to do for days was fish in the mornings, swim in the day and cook fish on a fire at night. We would take the dogs, a radio and not fight as a family for a week. That place still ranks pretty high on my list. Afraid we havent been far like you, the furthest we travel is still in the Uk " The Lake District" is beautiful

I don't know who is in the photo. We would travel another 20km up the coast closer to national park as this place was too expensive. It had electricity.Its called Ulladula.

I'm going just wonderful Tiger. Its been a great week. I just came back from Kanchanburi[Bridge over river kway]. We played Hong Kong and lost by one point. Stayed in a nice resort and had a dinner boat ride on Saturday night.

Yesterday I went to Hell Fire Pass. We had our own memorial service which was very good.

There'll be lots of pics soon. I didn't get much of a run as we ran our best team and I'm still an apprentice at AFL. All the boys took it very serious. Believe it or not...I went for a funeral.

My hubby is part PR and his grandmother died so we had to fly out and go from one end of the island to the other....

We stayed at a hotel...and relatives house...and a hotel...

I was the only one who could decipher the signs and I'm not even spanish..I'm polish and german...go figure
