Ok I heard an interesting question on the radio this morning, so I thought I would ask it here. It was pretty much about a 50/50 reply on the radio.
the question was:
Do you wish, "For today to never end" or "For tomorrow to hurry up and get here"

Ok I wish for today to never end. Reason is beause today is my Friday so that means I am off for the next 3 days and won't get to be on here chatting with my friends. Much more fun on here than at home.

Hmmmmm, I'm conflicted... I have reasons for both. I want today to never end because I have a couple friends that I don't get to talk to fri/sat/sun and it makes those days just a little less sparkly...

But I might be having an unbelievably wonderful weekend ahead, so I am kinda wanting it to start...

I think I'm just gonna stick with Daylight Savings Time and let things happen naturally... But good question UTR! (and I hope your day passes like molasses today)

TY Tempest. I too thought it was a pretty interesting survey this morning. Not really any right or wrong answers and as the day goes on I'm sure a person's perspective may change. In all honesty for many many years now I have never wished for tomorrow to hurry up and get here. Not because of my home life either. But several years ago at work on a Friday my buddy and I was wishing that Sat would hurry up and get here. Sat came and my buddy was killed in a motorcycle crash. That cured me of wishing my life away. Tomorrow will get here soon enough.

Sorry that happened to you... that's a much better reason for not wishing tomorrow to come before it's time than my wanting to chat longer with friends... maybe we could get one day a year that we get to set the clocks back, just for ourselves. Wouldn't that be nice?

PLEASE peoples do not let my response to Tempest sway your answers. Just tell it like it is. I think its pretty natural to wish for tomorrow. Unless you have a denist appointment or something.

I had a great morning, so in that respect, I wish it had never ended. But the promise of tomorrow is always exciting.
So, for right now, my answer would be wish it never ended. But that could change tomorrow!!
