during those winter months, the Canadians are locked inside their homes .. so to avoid cabin fever they spend their time on the Internet. Before you know it, they'll control the Internet.

Just like we have the Betty Ford center here in the USA, we could have the Bianca Jagger center for Internet addiction in Canada .. she was sort of first lady of in the 70s wasn't she?
