The first time I delivered a baby as a paramedic. The feeling of helping bring a new life into the world is fantastic. And the look of the mother when you place that newborn on her chest tells you it is all worth it.

I was supposed to make him one of my special lunch recipies, but ran out of time. I had not eaten yet and neither did he. We knew we didn't have a horrible amount of time until my son came home from school......so Denny's it was. I have to say, I was very relieved to go there with him. The place was laid back enough for me to finally calm the anxiety I had been having all morning.....

It's not what it seems, believe me. I had just flown in, hadn't eaten anything and we didn't have alot of time because her son would be home from school soon and she needed to be there for him. It was close by so a quick lunch, where we could sit there and just talk, enjoying the company we were with, which was great. It was very relaxing and we had so much fun, she looked absolutely gorgeous, and I thought, "holy shit, pinch my ass, this can't be real".

the first time i knew i was in love. I remember thinking about marriage for the first time with her. I couldn't stand to be away from her and wanted to do everything with her. your thought process completely changes from how to take care of yourself to how to take care of her.

First Kiss-Susan, the crazy girl in kindergarden. She kept chasing me with a straight pin trying to stab me, telling me it was her "love pin" I wonder where she is now.
First love-Liz, 5th grade. Still have her photo from the last day of school party. This was 39 years ago! I had a crush on her, she didn't like me of course. I wonder where she is now.
First serious girlfriend-Karla. Highschool. She dumped me for the guy she's still married to! Over 30 years ago!
First rebound girlfriend-Rita. Karla's best friend. She was also a friend of mine. We're still friends, although only touch base once or twice a year.
First sex (eeww how I hate to admit this) Brenda. Who became my first wife. Lesson learned-never marry for sex. She was (is) an idiot. Long story. Oh, this first sex also led to my first daughter! Who I wouldn't trade for anything!
First Car that I owned: 1958 Edsel. First car I drove (not counting the drivers ed car) 1972 Pinto.

The first memorable thing that comes to my head is the day I first became a father. I tried to keep calm. First in the delivery room and then when I was playing catcher to help the doctor bring him into this world. I was doing just fine and than when I left the room and the excitement had died down I got into the elevator to call everyone and the minute the door closed I started to cry. It was the best happy cry I ever had. I am sure as parents we all can relate to that feeling. All the anticipation and anxiety and waiting for him or her to come into your life. It is something I will never forget!

..the first day we brought my puppy home. She was a brown ball of fur that looked like we just had her fluffed in the dryer. My ex gave her a flea dip before we brought her home from the in-law's farm, which I think pissed her off. The entire 3 hour ride home she spent crawling from the floorboard of the car to my neck and sleeping there. I looked like I was sporting a fur scarf. I have been her main master ever since. For whatever reason, she chose me that day.....over 9 years ago.

My most memorable first is the first time I broke and ran the table against a professional 8-ball player. When I did that, my game changed, I was twice as confident in my game after that. It was the best thing that ever happened to my game.
