Ok, gone the days where you and your PC sat together in a pokey little hot room, some of us are fortunate enough to own Laptops which we can move around wherever and whenever we like! ;) So what I want to know is where you and your PC sit, time spend on this site or messenger will specifically influence where you sit...

Ours is in the livingroom. We keep it there so our son can use it while we're in the room. I wish it was somewhere more private, but there's no way I would let our son be on-line without at least one us being there.

I still love the PC...huge screen and so much more power...drawers full of relivent paper work and notes scribbles everywhere....it even has a room named after it..the computer room...now for my house over seas....thats located in the T.V cabinet..all pics removed and the T.V and dvd live on the coffee table...lets just the wife isn't impressed

Laptop in the living room on the love seat. The laptop does follow me into the bathroom, study, bedroom, and Den/Pool Room. Wireless laptop is nice.

Only thing is the laptop does get a bit warm sometimes. Or is that the friendly ladies on MnF? :lmao

I had the same problem with the laptop burning my thighs!!! I went to Best Buy and bought a little platform that has the fans built right in - kept the laptop,and me, cool. Cost $30, and is about 1/2 inch high.

mine is in my garage.. but the half the garage is set up as an office.... mostly private, till i get invaded...lol

we decided that since we rarely used the kitchen table cept to collect stuff to get rid of it. Turned the dining room into a computer area. I bought two corner desks so husband has 1 and I have mine. When the kids are home they get their time..but not working right now so have my quiet time til school gets out and then when they all go to bed. Also it got my husband's comp out of the family room where he'd like to hog the tv and be on the computer at the same time.
