How many of you subscribe to XM or Sirius? If you do you think it's worth the money?

Meh, I've looked into to it, but it's not worth it to me.

If I was in my car a lot or if I still drove a truck for a living, then maybe. For at home or for at work, there are enough free internet radio stations or local stations for me to listen to. Plus, I have a pretty vast collection of cds/mp3's so there is never a lack of anything to listen to.

I've also read some reviews for the portable listening devices that, because they work like satellite, they can be tough to set up if you have a home office downstairs, etc...where you would have to run a receiver extension to an accessible area.

It's a neat technology, but a lot of stations offer free streaming over the internet and there are a lot of devices (Roku Labs, etc) that offer solutions for wireless streaming around the office/home.

I got real sick of the radio stations down here. I have had Sirius now for over a year and I love it. 80% of the time it is what I listen to in my Jeep. The rest of the time is listening to cd's.

I've had sirius for about a year now and enjoy if immensely. I get sicked of the same old stuff on the airways in my area. I like sports talk radio, country music and classic rock. There is alot of that on Sirius so I'm in heaven.

Quite a bit along with NFL Radio and the Playboy channel, which is a real hoot. People about Howard Stern being raunchy but the Playboy channel takes sex to a whole other level.

I do not think it's worth it. I spend no more than 1 1/2 hours in the car a day. Why would I pay for radio. If they stop having free radio I'd go with out.

I'm torn...I am a huge music fan and would like to be able to listen to whatever style I wanted to when the mood hit. But I also like the local stations for promos and other things that are going on where i live.

I can't drive without my Sirius, I spend a large part of my day in the vehicle traveling and it makes it really enjoyable.

At home and during workout, I have my iPod, and I love it also...

Ah...Hell....... I just like music, one of my favorites...........:D

I have XM radio and I love it! My kids laugh at the 80's and 90's songs, sheeesh it wasn't that long ago! Of course a Steve Miller song was playing and it freaked them out that I knew every word because they thought it was a "new" song. But, I love XM because I have every kind of music available at my finger tips.
