November, I only end up working 15 of the 30 days! Thanksgiving = 2 days, weekends = 10 days, and I always take off 1 week to put up Christmas outside = 5 days.

And it's Paris' birthday too this month, so how can you go wrong there?

I dislike the cold, so the fall months, although pretty and cozy if indoors (I don't mind the increased hours of darkness), aren't my favorites. Hence, I prefer April through June, so I will pick May!

[Edit: I chose April thru June, and not July and/or August, because July and the beginning of August are usually hot, and the fact that the days are gradually getting warmer in the Spring gives me a feeling that things are improving (which is always nice).]

There is a lot of stress leading up to the holidays....at work and home....but I don't mind slaving over a hot stove, spending hours fighting my way through the crowds, assembling toys........if I can capture that look on my son's face.....the one that says how excited and happy he is.....the one that says....." There are many months that I like. But would have to say December is my favorite. The holidays, the music, the lights. The way the children like to play in the snow. How they react to the gifts Christmas morning. The gathering of family members you haven't seen in months. The company Christmas party. Chicago Bears games at home, tailgating and it snowing during it. But especially the two four day weekends I get during that month because of the holidays.
