For me, it's the first kiss. The flirting leading up to the kiss is fun, very fun, but that moment when you look at one another and realize all your mental energy that you've invested into one another is about to move into another area, when you first feel the other person's lips and find out what kind of kisser they are, that's the biggest excitement for me. Even more so than the sex, if that eventually happens, because this is the moment that really changes things.

Could be either for me, surfdude. But most likely the latter when I'm on the site. I've had some recent experiences where a post might blow me away, or I would talk to the person offline and they would clarify what they meant. And you just have that moment where you stop and go "whoa"...

For some reason, I have some strong feelings on this topic today. And I can't say that it's one first, but many in succession. First, when I reach out my hand and she takes it in hers. Some of the butterflies start to fade. When I reach out my arms and we embrace, the feeling gets stronger. When I lean close to kiss her, and she accepts that small kiss on her sweet lips, an ember starts to glow. When I put my arm around her to escort her to our table, the ember becomes a small flame. When we hold hands across the table, never losing contact with each other, the flame grows to a warmer glow. When I ask if I can move around to sit beside her and she says yes, that glow starts to burn hotter. And when we spend the next hour kissing each other, in a mix of small sweet and deeper passionate kisses, it becomes a raging inferno.
But my favorite first is not finishing the first meal with her, because I was so enraptured in the moment that I had no desire to eat!

As long as you are feeling it.. if you are kissing for the sake of kissing and you don't feel a thing something is wrong and you shouldn't move forward... but if that kiss says something... watch out.. a second date should be hot....
