With or w/o a shower...but my wife tells me I stink and that need to take a shower...It would be cool to have a running partner that you could run with...Get home, rip each others clothes off and jump in the shower and have how after running sex with....

I think sex after a good run/work-out is great! I LOVE seeing an athletic woman's body in some figure flattering clothes--especially after they come off! The sex is usually intense and steamy!
I think some of the pro volleyball players (G. Reese) are very sexy. I also think some runners are sexy--don't know many by name.

I am about to get 5 miles in as we speak. After a good run I generally get really worked up. When I am done with the run I will have to log back on and see what is going on here. I am sure I will have some interesting things to say.

I used to run in college.... I have ran three halves and one complete....I ran the complete before I ran two of my halves...I was training for the Boston until I sprain my ankle...Then I just quit running all together

Sometimes but I work a lot of hours.... My goal this year was to bench press 315....I done it so now I have to fine a new goal....I guess I could start training for the Boston again but my knees are bad....

No I havent I am fairly new to running. I have only been doing about 6 months have found it to be very enjoyable.

I within the past year have just started also. I am working to try and build up my distance. I just got 7 miles today in 75 minutes--I am no trying to set any records! Big feat for me.

Congrats on your accomplishment. I have a ways to go to catch you. I am asthmatic and am moving at very slow pace. I only go about 3 miles then walk some.

I get the same way after a good workout...must be all that blood flowing through the body. And certain exercises seem to bring it on...the stationary bike, obviously, but situps have that effect, too, for some reason. :o
