I've been golfing for 25 years now and love it. Like the movie Tin Cup said... golf and sex are the only 2 things you don't have to be good at to enjoy.

I enjoy gold however I am terrible only been playing for about a month now sheesh no wounder I see so many older folks playing on teh course it took them that long to learn how to be any good

Those would be the ones! It's a shame though, I really would like to learn how to golf. I think I enjoy driving the carts more than the actual sport.
Maybe that should be a sport in itself....like NASCAR.....GOLFSCAR. Yeah, that'd be interesting. :D

A foursome is always fun for golf...especially when playing with specially monogrammed balls :D
So what color of balls do you like and size? I bet you like the oversized balls because they dont spin offline as much as smaller ones, flys straighter into the hole!

I just got started and I love it. Except while practiceing my swing the other day, I over did something and have been sore since.

I used to play golf a lot until I injured my leg --- a 14 inch cut on the calf.

I lose my balls in the woods, they go in the water, people behind me yell at me and make me nervous and I always seem to get stuck with super competive people who try to teach me the best way to swing and than yell at me when I don't do it right.
Not my stongest area.

However, I am all for having a dring in the clubhouse, and I like the cute golf outfits.

I can play, I have clubs,and I am always in the middle of the fairway. Just only about 70 100 years at a time. Damn boobs always in the way,but keep the ball straight.

The game I play and love is called "whack/fuck"
I place the ball on the tee, stand there for a minute, "whack" it and watch it fall off the tee.Pick it back up, "whack" it again ....then it rolls like 3 feet and I just say "f*ck"
and repeat :-)

I love golf...hate to watch it, love to play it. I don't get out as much as I'd like though. Not enough time!
Got my handicap down to 13 but that's about as good as I can do since I can't play everyday.

I used to golf every day as a teenager, I was lucky enough to work at a golf course. Since then I'd say I have not been so lucky. I haven't picked up a club in over 2 years. I have a hard time keeping it straight these days too.
