When u are posting you are actually talking to whoever reads it...unless u specify by:

Quoting the person as I did with you
name them as the one you are speaking to
You will be fine...just go to a forum and pick a thread....read it and see if u wish to comment on it...btw the little circle at the bottom if green means the person is onsite....

Hi Never!! I have been on the site just a few months...the people here are great. This is the first time I have ever been on a chat site...EVER! The people here are pretty gentle to newbies (even though I am still kind of a newbie). What you do is this..post a reply to whatever strikes your interest...each post gains you a point toward 150 posts...which is what you need to send private messages and have an avatar (picture with your post), etc..500 posts makes you a Gold member and I'm not sure what kind of privileges come with that...Welcome and have fun!!:wa:

My suggestions would be to read, read, and read some more...whatever threads and posts that interest you. Click on forums...and choose your interests...that is the best way to understand this new world you speak about. There is no specific style of doing things here because we all do our own thing in our own down to earth and relaistic way...be yourself but be careful you don't read someone's post and think it is something it is not...that is easy to do. Anything you post here is seen by all members and some of the threads such as the "Hot Tub" can only be seen by members and not "guests". Penny has detailed many suggestions for our new members to follow if you are not certain.

We are a friendly bunch that flirt for fun...most of us are married and the flirting is a fun outlet and therapeutic at times. If you have a personal or private message for anyone I suggest you go to personal messaging rather than publicly posting...just have patience and it will fall into place for you....

You are never clueless if you post from the heart and your true down to earth thoughts...because they will always make sense for the most part.

click on forums at the top, and go down one at a time, when you click on the forum thread, it will bring you to the last post you read, in your case the first one lol. Too much to read, just hop in and start chatting with current threads.

To read replies to your posts just means you have to come back into the threads you posted in and see if anyone has replied to you.
