welll the real problem is I talk to them where ever they are and tell them I wish I was single... My next questions is ...have you ever been with a white guy....their answer is always no...so the next question is have you ever thought about it..... I'm yet to find one that has answered no to that..

can you see where I'm going with this.... I bet these womens fathers think its a bad habbit...

Doesn't everybody. I just like my beer in a bottle. I have a cupboard full of mason jars, they are a very versatile container. Can in them, drink out of them and make instant pudding in them.

You should look in my closet! I've got shoes in there I bought and haven't worn in 3 years! I just see some on sale that I think are cute, then I get them home and can't find anything to wear with them, but I can't bare to take them back because they are so cute and I always say, well maybe one of these days I might find an out fit to wear them with. I usually never do! :D

Bad Habits? Hmmmm....well about 6 months ago, I had a lot...but now it's smoking....something I wish I could quit, but am not ready to do yet. Let's see what else...oh I have a hell of a time thrift shopping, I'm terrible for that! I'll find old coffee tables and stuff and restore them! Yeah, it's beneficial but it also is a bit annoying cuz invariably, I'll end up with a tonne of stuff that sits in my porch that I end up giving away...LOL...and clothes, I have found tonnes of cute clothes too! I always end up buying something...(but, in my defence, since I'm in the middle of weight loss, I can't justify spending 100's of $$$ on stuff that won't fit me in a month!)

Other bad habit? I get annoyed with all the clutter and eventually become the White Tornado...so if it's not tacked down, it ends up in the garbage! I've had to teach myself to evaluate if it's worth keeping or not, and then dear hubby will go looking for something and i'm like, um I threw that out. very irritating to him...but he does the exact same thing to me!

LOL....like I said in another post...it's all about balance!

Bad Habits......Smoking....and you think that i would know better after 3 of my grandparents died from heart attacks and my father has had open heart surgery.

Hopefully this hasn't been done before ...

Habits are so automatic and unconscious we don't even realise we are doing it/them until we are already doing it!

Um! anyway, my hubbie's bad habit, is taking his mobile phone into the loo, to play Sudoku, I wouldn't mind but he is in there for bloody hours!! ewwwwwwwwwwww...
and another one is he breathes! oops, I mean breathes really loudly, a sort of snorty explosion, funny I have never noticed before...

You know Kissie, I married him because he reminded me of my greatest love of all time.... my grandfather. Little did I know that Andrew and Grandpa had this in common too! I remember when I was a kid staying there and my aunt going nuts clearing off the top of the fridge, the garage, the basement... poor grandma had given up years earlier!!!

I know I can't change him, he's never going to get rid of all his "stuff". I need to get creative and use my re-decorating excuse to minimize the clutter myself. Obviously it's more important to me than it is to him.

He puts up with all of my short-comings... and I do have quite a few! I can deal with this one.

Oh .. hoarding does make sense, it's related to Obessisve Compulsive Disorder, and I had a mom who was severely afflicted with OCD.

http://www.lcmedia.com/mind355.htm

There's an MP.3 of this radio show floating around somewhere, I just don't know where it is. It was a great show on why people hoard things, and the biological and psychological roots of hoarding.

Well here is my order of things that I would complain about if I were a woman (worst is first):

1) Forgetting to come home and cum at home.

2) Forgetting to cum at home .

3) Forgetting to come home.

4) Forgetting where home is ...

Bad habits? Yes! Like smoking, and worst of all not taking care of her teeth. I really hate women with missing teeth! I have begged her for 10 years to see the dentist on a regular basis I have an excellent dental plan and she will not go. Now she has lost two of her front bottom teeth and I find it appalling.

I really dislike how she handles money. She just lives for the day. She doesen't pay her bills they will pile up unopened on the counter I get calls from creditors all the time.

My house is cluttered she will pile up things like papers, medicines. stuff that belongs in cupboards and cabinets is left sitting out. I will
contantly go through the house and clean up. It really sucks the life out of me. I like things neat tidy and organized.

She loves dogs, But they shed, and I get tired of living with dog hair. When one dies she cannot resist getting another. we usd to have 4 of them now we are down to two.

I have this fantasy of having a house with a full basement because thats where I would probably live. Yup, Get my own bedroom, bathroom laundry, maybe build me a little cozy little living room. maybe a frige and a microwave. Sure beats a cold or hot garage! Not too many houses like that in AZ though.

Ok, mine spends too much money on stupid, frivelous stuff....and he's not working right now. He stays up all night playing video games with his friends and it takes more than an hour to get him out of bed somrtimes, which is a task when I have worked all night and am ready to pass out myself. This morning I woke up at 5am to make a "pit stop" and he was still playing games. I looked at him and asked if he knew what time it was and he got a shocked look on his face, as if he didn't know. This was especially inconsiderate today because it is my b-day and I would think he would grant me the courtesy of spending some quality time before I have to go to work tonight.....guess I was wrong again......it's 11:45a and he's still sleeping. If I try to wake him up now...he might get out of bed around 1p.

:knuddel: My husband shys away from sex when a loss is in the family......a death. This has always confused me but yes, it seems like a big mistake he makes because later when things calm down it is very difficult for me to get close to him again.

When my mom passed away 3 years ago, I asked him to make love to me/with me. He said he didn't think we did that kind of stuff at a "time like this." This was my cry for comfort...my longing for him to be as close as I could and not have to say a word. I was confused hurt and all of the other things that go with losing a parent.

His no at this time really hurt me. My uncle passed away this weekend and it seems as though he is saying the same thing. I have dropped hints.......and he is resistant and wants to sleep.

I am wondering if any other women/men long to be close to their signifacnt other when a death happens as a souce of comfort. In other words, do you want to make love and they don't? Or does it just happen?

I have wondered this for ahwile and wondered if something is wrong that I feel this way at such a sad time. But, it is my way of being close and dealing my sadness.

Any responses appreciated!!!!

It helps so much to come here.

MIGHTY
05-16-2007, 10:59 AM
Short......I can relate to this.....

However, I am the one to refuse at a time of such great loss. When my brother passed a few years ago, I wanted to be near my husband. But, then I thought that I shouldn't reward his death by being greedy and feeling good myself. I know.....but that is the way I thought. People grieve differently. My mother got depressed, my brother got angry, and I didn't grieve at all....I was in denial. I wouldn't take it soo personally. Just talk to him and tell him how you are honestly feeling. Maybe he is holding back for you.....not for himself. Who knows, either way you need to be honest with him and tell him how this is hurting you.......I hope this helps.

P.S. There is NOTHING wrong with wanting to cherish the ones you love and be as close to them as possible at a time like this. And I am sorry for your loss as well..................

Parkergrey
05-16-2007, 11:08 AM
Shortnsexy -

Never should you question your true feelings. If you find comfort in sex then be comforted. Mighty is right - we all grieve differently - noone is wrong. a spouse should comfort you a your time of loss - if that's what you need or want. I was so angry when my Dad died - everyone chatting, joking, catching up with seldom-seen relatives... Later I realized that it was okay - everyone has a different response, a different way of dealing with the pain of a loss. The person who has passed wouldn't want you to suffer - would prefer you found comfort

I used to think that drinking beer was a bad habit but:

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria found in feces.

In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of Poo.

However, we do not run that risk when drinking beer (or rum, whiskey, wine or other liquor) because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.

WATER = Poo, BEER = HEALTH

Conclusion: It is better to drink beer and talk stupid than to drink water and be full of crap.

There is no need to thank me for this valuable information; I am doing it as a public service.

I do have another bad habit but MCat and RedVixen are helping me to cure it.

I drink way too much diet coke than is good for me

I pop my gum when I'm conscentrating (I try not to chew gum as much now)
I speak without thinking at times
I walk and talk fast and that can be rude to slower walkers and talkers
I'm sure I masterbate way too much

All of these except the last one I am making a concerted effort to improve upon. I mean, I have to be realistic.
