FM, why are you thinking of changing your hair color? It suits your skin tones..:wa:

I don't know why but I've always had a weakness for true redheads. I think its the pale skin that goes with the hair color, but hair color really doesn't matter. Its the person that counts.:)

While it true that I have a weakness for blondes, at the end of the day it is really down to the individual lady's personality or lack of it, so ladies be cheerful with what you have and your men will cherish it.

I have some grey at the sides. I wonder what shade it would be if I dyed it. Should probably use greacian formula, lol. Although being in sales, I'm told it makes me more trustworthy.I dyed my hair about 6 months ago, try to go from brown to blonde, It came out orange.

I like redheads, I guess thats why I married one. The most important thing is that you wear what you like, not what others expect. I hate the women who start out with highlights and gradually increase the lightening as if no one is noticing. Pick what looks best on you and go for it.

FM I think you are a very beautiful woman, as a blond you look nice and I am sure that as a brunette you would be just as hot, as far as the carpet and drapes thing, if there is no carpet they will never know LOL. I would love to see a photo or ten whenever you make up your mind OK. ;)

I do not care what color the hair is, but I like a woman with long hair, and I love the smell of her hair when it is all freshly washed and smell like flowers when I am all snuggled up to her, soft flower smelling hair, yummy, and then I lift it off her neck and nibblekiss her right at the hairline and work around to the earlobes, but that is another topic LOL

Hi beautiful!

Man! I've always said you can't improve on perfection!:lf
Do you really want to change your hair color? You are gorgeous the way you are!
My opinion is that I think you will change the wonderful, beautiful, seductive, MARVELOUS look you have right now...
I don't know a whole lot about you but, if you have a man that is unsatisfied with your looks...he's blind!;)

By the way, you have the most beautiful eyes I've seen in a long time!

Interested Beaver. Did you dye your pubic hair orange to match.... ? (Trying to picture that in my mind).

I like brunettes. Gotta say blonde is definitely a good thing for some women though. I've got a good friend that says she gets a lot more attention when blonde..... she's naturally a brunette. ... and I don't mind the carpet not matching the drapes either. Blonde wouldn't work for my wife..... black hair, black eyes and olive skin... when she wants something different she shades it with red and looks good that way.... well, she looks good any way, sooooooo

I spent a few years in Europe and red hair was very popular there. Some of those women looked pretty strange in red hair though.

ok let me start by saying you are stunning as you are
but if I had to choose I would have to say dye it a very dark brunette w/mild red highlights
dark hair and those beautifull blue eyes would drive most men crazy
it does it for me :whee: ;)

Yes you can...I was naturally blonde as a child & teenager....the puss came in black at the age of 12, while the hair on my head was still natural blonde.Talk about embarrassing in the locker room at school. Of course all the twits noticed and gave me a hard time  . When I hit about 16 the hair on my head turned to a medium brown. The puss is still black, while the hair on my head is grayish/brown :sg, which I now color a hot toffee shade.

I had a friend in college who used to tell me that I would consider anything that had two boobs and a kitten between her legs. He was correct then as he is now except that I think I have grown up and think that I can see the difference between brunettes, blondes, redheads and others.

So, the question becomes -----

We all know the stereotypes of blondes vs. brunettes vs. redheads "Blondes are airheads", "redheads are temperamental", "brunettes are plain and practical"

So, the question for today is: why do these stereotypes exist? Stereotypes and cliches exist for a single reason -- because they are generally true. We all know blondes who are geniuses, but we also know lots of blondes who are ditzes.

So, are blondes ditzes because we pre-condition them to be that way? Are they raised knowing that their blonde hair, combined with a certain attitude, will gain them favor? Are redheads temperamental because they are expected to be, or is it in their genetic makeup? Are brunettes plain and practical because that is the role society places them in from the beginning, or because of a predisposition for it?

And, most importantly, why is blue blue?

Isn't it funny....if you have long hair you want something different and if ya have short hair we want it long. My hair has only been to my shoulders once or twice in my life, always had it short and wish it was long. Can't seem to let it get past that odd stage between the chin and shoulders. So have decided to just be happy that I have hair and keep it short and easy. My hair is very thick and straight with a lot of body, hard to find a style that works well...I just go to a nice salon and tell her to do what she wants. It always comes out looking decent. Try letting them do want they want....I would go to a nice salon though, maybe an Aveda salon. They seem to have lots of training and don't butcher you.

Well that is called human nature, we always want something different.

We always think - The grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

and we always thing "If only I had ...." and usually those if only's have nothing to do with the real issue and would not change a thing.

But in any case, we are on this side of the fence, and we did, and there is nothing we can do about the past we just have to deal with it and move on. Sometimes to move on we can plot a course to the other side of the fence and if we can and really want it do it.

But remember on the other side of the fence "The grass is still greener on the other side of the fence" and What if's are still over there too.

boy I am philosophical today!

Any of you girls know What to do?

Sweet Georgia Peach. May I make a suggestion....which may not be agreeable to you...for the holidays....You could either ask THE GUYS what they think (and place a photo of your hair as an avatar), or start a new thread-- :wa:

A lot depends on your face, and what your hair will do, the natural lay of the hair.

My daddy always said that the only reason the grass looked greener on the other side, is cuz somebody shit over there!
