If it makes you feel better about your self then hell yes. If the ones you have make you self concious about them then you might have a need. If the ones you have are cute as hell then leave them alone.

Had a friend who had hers done because she was very self concious about hers. It changed her attitude totally and honestly they werent that much bigger. She said the pain was unreal but well worth it. They looked nice in her sweater and she cut my hair so they looked good on my shoulder but they made her more sure of herself which was the point.

and I agree Penny's are really nice!

If you get them gotta promise to share the pics though!:D

I have never had first hand experience with fake boobs, so all I can say is how I feel. I don't think you need to have it done, you look great. However if would help your self esteem then you are the only one that can make that choice. Do not do it for anyone except for yourself.

You gals are lucky, nothing like this is available for us men.

Seems as though this type of surgery could be listed under 'marrital aid'. I wonder if its because he likes the bigger boobs, or if its because she feels so much better about herself? Or even a combination of the two?

Men will be satisfied with what is there. Just be damn sure that this is something you really want to do! And do it for yourself! There are alot of risks involved. Weigh the pro and cons carefully.

Yes, if disfigured in a major way, go for the plastic surgery, but if it is just for a little cosmetics, it is not worth the risk. People need to appreceate others for who they are not their size and shape. But enjoy the size and shape too, all sizes and shapes.

Big ones, small one, perky ones, dropy ones I think they can all look very sexy, it is how you present yourself more than what equipment you have.

Good for you GA! I've always liked my big boobs, but they do get in the way, especially playing sports or practising karate. Besides that, they are heavy so they're not quite as perky as they used to be. I wouldn't mind getting a breast lift or a reduction one day.

There's pros and cons to both big and small boobs, I guess, and like you said, we should all be happy with what the good Lord gave us and not measure our worth by our bust size.

I always like shapely bodies. But o'natural is great as well. I don't think most guys have an issue with girls with small boobs. Big boobs are nice but not necessary.

I agree with many posts here in that natural is best. If you do it, don't go overboard and think bigger is better. It isn't, I think. Bit of a turnoff, quite frankly, if I may be so bold to say.
