Who Wins And Covers in the Super Bowl

As of 01-24-08 the point spread was 14 points, Pats over the Giants (which I think is ridiculous).

Do you think the Pats win and cover, win but do not cover, or do the Giants win?

I think the Pats win but don't cover the spread. I feel like it will be a close game, but I also have a sneaking suspicion that the Giants may win this game!

When you give Bill Belichik two weeks to prepare for any team, that team is all done. I was able to get the Pats giving 11.5 which is a gift, as far as I am concerned. They will win by 17. Just because they played tough in Week 17, doesn't mean that this will be a close game. The Pats haven't blown out a team yet in the Super Bowl, but then again, they are usually the underdogs.

I do not at all believe it is ridiculous to think that the Pats can win by 14 points or more, I just thought it was odd that Vegas had the spread at 14. Then I read an article that said the Vegas boys admitted they opened with such a large spread to get the underdog betters. That makes some sense.


Right now I'd still take the points. But who knows, so many SB's have been blowouts. IF the Giants play their best defense, then it'll be a close game and could go either way.

I'm not a fan of either team, I just want to see a good game. Good luck to both sets of fans!
