I have a particular weakness for historically based movies with themes of honor...

Braveheart, Gladiator, 300, etc...

Now, that being said, I do not wish to purport myself to be someone greater than his station......I have my lower side...lol...for I am also EXTREMELY fond of comedies in the Mel Brooks, Monty Python genres.....like Blazing Saddles and The Holy Grail...

I can tell you one not to see......Atoinment........ very dark and depressing, a period film, WW1, I hear it is up for an Oscar, not in my book anyway.

yes .,..it was a awesome movie until about 3/4 of the way through ...the ending was dissapointing as well ...but i hear there is a alternate ending ...

no computer graphics ,no gratitius nudity ...no unbelievable story lines ...

just a wonderful well written movie ,performed by two highly talents actors ..

i really enjoyed it ...start to end
