CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to Married & Flirting Chat.com (M&FC). We hope that you find your time rewarding, exciting, and fun. The following rules of conduct have been established in order to ensure that all who visit enjoy themselves and act appropriately.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
M&FC was established to provide a place where discerning adults could come together, talk, flirt, share knowledge and experiences, and enjoy one another’s company. This is an adult site, but it is NOT a pornography site, either in picture or in word. It is intended for the open, and frank, discussion of adult issues and information. We realize that liaisons may develop between members, but M&FC neither condones nor discourages these. The sole responsibility for any resulting circumstances lies solely with the participants. We only ask that those relationships be conducted within the realm of the following Rules.
1) All members must be 18 years of age or greater (or 21, if that is the age of majority in your area).
2) The posting of obscene material, in violation of existing legal standards, will not be permitted and will result in immediate, and permanent, expulsion from the site.
3) Respect is both required and demanded. Members will be gentlemen and ladies first, last, and always. All members will be respectful and civil to all other members. Discussions may happen – arguments may not.
4) Because the purpose of the site is flirting, it is inevitable that one member may make advances toward another that are not acceptable. That rebuff will be immediately recognized and honored. You can not, and may not, badger someone into sharing time with you.
5) Liaisons of a frank, or sexual, nature will not be conducted in the forums or in the public chatrooms (there are four public chatrooms). There are private chatrooms available, and may be used.
6) All photos intended for posting on the site, including avatars, must receive prior approval before being posted.
7) There will be no pictures of anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. Appearance will be based on the moderator's discretion, and no appeal will be allowed.
For violation of any of these rules, expulsion from the site may be mandated. That will be a management decision.
