I cant help it, when I see a members name that I have spoken with or read their postings, something about them stays in my mind, something that I identify them with, sort of a mental/cognitive picture of that person I have in my own mind. So when I go to a post or a blog and I view a members posting a personality trait jumps out at me and I think "this person is very funny, or I think this person is very strong, or this person is very intelligent or this person is very creative and so on and so on.

Add a comment or thought about the person before you...and Hey nothing mean try to boost the person up and not down. :pc

Annie I have not really had the chance to talk to much... but like she said earlier you get impressions and mental images...
