I noticed in the working out thread that a lot of the members here work out. I've been training for the Breast Cancer 3 Day and as my mileage count grows I find that I'm running out of walking music. I need more so I wondered what everyone else has on their Ipods for working out. Share with me!

To get the ball rolling I'll tell you one of the songs I listen to when I walk. I like music that has a good beat...not too fast (I prefer faster for running) and not too slow.

I use mostly AC/DC. I also have Aerosmith and George Thorogood. A good hard driving beat and lyrics with attitude. Nothing better for me.

The Village People, and be sure to wear leotards, leg warmers and devil-bangs...

My husband loves to use these when he works out too.

Juls...I got great music ideas for working out. My favorite song to listen to before going out to run is Long Time by Boston. If that doesn't put you in the mood to move then nothing will. Another big note, change the music so your workout appears to have chnages. Different music helps.
