AMERICA's TEAM?
The team has sold out every home game since the 1972 season.[32] (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/forums/#cite_note-CopeDeath-31) In November 2007, the Steelers were ranked as the most popular local sports franchise out of the 122 teams in the NHL (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/wiki/NHL), NBA (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/wiki/NBA), MLB (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/wiki/MLB) and NFL (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/wiki/NFL), by a study from Turnkey Sports.[33] (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/forums/#cite_note-32)[34] (http://www.marriedandflirtingchat.com/forums/#cite_note-33) Another study ranked Pittsburgh as having the highest percentage of female fans of their local football team, ranking twice as high as the average city.

KEY WORDS: LOCAL and "Turnkey Sports" (which no one follows).
I find being a COWBOYS fan a little bit like dating a high maintenance woman. Most of the time you hate her, but at the same time you can't resist her and keep holding out hope for a brighter future together.

Thank you for Cutler. That dude is the best qb we have had step on the practice field, playing field, any field since Sid Luckman. WTF is that all about. You'd think they'd get lucky with one draft pick. Have fun with Orton. He can't throw deep, is not very accurate, and is slow as molasses. And Cutler can throw deep (Hester can't outrun him), is accurate, and can run and throw on the run. As long as he doesn't make Grossman mistakes, he's aleady the best we had in my lifetime.
He is...but if we didn't accommodate Cutler we won't accommodate him either....freaking McDaniels.

It's the Detroit Lions and the Kansas City Chiefs. Luckily for me, football season coincides with hunting season so I only have to read about the latest ass whupping in the news.
I will admit that last year the Lion's perfect season had me kinda excited. There are lot's of teams that go through slumps. And lots of teams that are medicore.
But my team flat out sucks! They're like the Washington Generals of the NFL. (the team the Harlem Globetrotters beat up on in their exibitions)
And that makes them special, even if it is a "wear a helmet and lick the windows" variety of special. Nobody else can fuck it up like Detroit.
IMO It's kind of punk rock to admit to being a Lions fan...

Let me go get the Tennessee Titans to stomp on some more Terrible Towels, just because it is fun to watch. Except you do have my guy Rashard Mendenhall who will be a stud now that his shoulder is back together after Ray Lewis destroyed it.

Yeah, on this one, I have to agree with whatever you say. Lord knows what we'd do if they actually held on to somebody. Manchester City Football Club.
Yes it's called football (not soccer) and it's called football because you kick a ball with (wait for it) your foot. :ok
Proper football was invented in the late 19th Century City were formed in 1894.
I haven't missed a home game for nearly 20 years and have followed my team all over Britain and Europe.
