Are You A Looker?

Do you find yourself always checking people out?
Does your spouse?
Do they catch you and are they ok with it?

Nick182 08-16-2008 03:07 PM

I’m guilty… in a bad way. I’m always looking at women. It doesn’t matter if I’m shopping, at the park, dropping the kids off at school… always!!! I’m not disrespectful about it… I glance and look away, but I’m guilty of always doing it.

My wife sometimes catches me… she doesn’t mind though, as long as I’m not staring…

She’s doesn’t look too much, sometimes she’ll point out cute girls… It’s extremely rare she’s checking out guys… unless he’s really good looking. In that case she’ll point him out too.

I like to look... hubby does too. It used to bother me, because he would look more than I felt was appropriate, but its gotten much better.

He gets very insecure if he catches me looking at someone, and will ask a million questions about WHY I thought that person was hot, and if I think he is hotter.

I'm a people watcher period, so I try and not make it obveous.

Men can't help but look. It's so easy to catch them. My favorite is when they pretend they were stretching thier neck when they are busted.

MunkyBrain 08-16-2008 03:18 PM

I think everyone looks and as long as you follow the "glance only, don't be creepy and stare" rule, it oughtta be okay.

FlirtyGirl1 08-16-2008 04:34 PM

I'm a looker...I look first at the smile and then my eye wanders down to the package and hopefully they turn around so I can see their ass. My husband never seemed to mind.

NotTooGirly 08-16-2008 04:42 PM

I think Hellbilly's right...how can one not look? I'll look an extra second or two if I find someone attractive, man or woman - it's the whole mouth-gaping-drooling thing that's a bit much.

nurse.hottie 08-16-2008 04:55 PM

there's beautiful people out there and there is no harm in lookin, and so what if one does? it's the looks that come back after you look i find intriguing

sweet 08-16-2008 05:01 PM

It's tough for me not to look at someone I think is attractive. My hubby catches me sometimes and asks why I'm checking out the guy, but I always say he does it so why can't I? He tries to deny that he looks at other women....whatever! I've seen him do it a million times! It doesn't bother me that he looks. I mean come on, it's only natural.

MrHyde 08-16-2008 05:41 PM

I admire women in an appropriate manner when accompanied by my wife. Last night was back to school night and I think I may have admired too much...this mom was like "well see you Monday morning I hope." Doh! I'm cool with my wife admiring too. Now gawking and drooling...that's a bit much.

Constance 08-16-2008 05:46 PM

I am not normally the looker. If I see someone that just really stands out, I will smile at them or look and admire. My husband on the other hand is a looker. He always has been. It use to bother me at first, but I don't mind anymore. I do tell him if I think someone looks good. He laughs and does not think anything about it.

gatorgal 08-16-2008 06:27 PM

Im a looker, but if i get caught looking by the person Im looking at, I get embarrassed. And its really hard for me to make eye contact.. guess its a self esteem issue.... does that make sense?

woodsman8 08-16-2008 11:25 PM

You can be guaranteed, I am a looker, there are so many beautiful ladies out there. I even got new glasses so I could see better.

yaser 08-16-2008 11:30 PM

cheerymissy_34 08-16-2008 11:31 PM

scoobertina 08-16-2008 11:32 PM

I look at you to see if you can be a good partner in the bed..

Krystal 08-16-2008 11:42 PM

I'll look discreetly if he's with me. If not, it may be a little more obvious.

When we're together though, we're both "people watchers". We'll point out the odd looking ones to each other. If they're within hearing range, sometimes its just with eye movements or a nod or something. When the other catches on, its usually pretty funny.

1.Why do you look at the ladies?
2.Why do you look athe men?
