2009 M&F Fantasy Football Smack-Off

Ok peeps... the time is here. Watching the Hall of Fame game I figure we should start getting things set up as Football is Finally here!!!!!

Last year was a alot of smack talking fun. This year already looks to be the same as we have many fans passionate about football. I 'commished' the league last year and learned a couple things that should help out for this year... we had just way to many people in one league.... so this year I am pretty sure we can get atleast 20-24 people or atleast 20-24 teams .... ( might have a couple have 1 team in each just to get the numbers even... still working that out.)

I will creat two leauges MF Ballerz I & II at the ESPN Fantasy Football site.

If you want in, you must create an account there, and then get me your email adress that you used to create that account and I can send you the invite, the leagues will be private and only M&F members playing.

Little info for the Fantasy hardcores... Live draft (This will be held on a saturday/sunday.... ESPN has a great auto-draft option if you can not be there at the time of the draft.) Any out of whack trades can and will be nullified ..... you know the good ol T.O. for a hurt kicker kinda trade to get one team on top.

No, your account will still be good, I could have re-activated that league even but it would not allow me to change the # of people (We had 16) ... so I figure this year hopefully two leagues of 10 would be perfect.

I think I can look up your info from that... if not I will let you know.. but you are in .. no worries... I recall you did pretty well last year!

I think I can pull your info if your are using the same account.... its a lil tricky as they have the addy's kinda blocked, but I can still email since I was the Commish... so once we get set I will send those out aswell.

Ok ... just read Bryans / Favs posts and should have probably put this out there earlier.... Once you are in you are in .. no backin out ya woosies...

Secondly the draft is a live draft , real time.. you can set it to auto pick if you can not be there.. but like Bryan saiys.. its kinda fast you may wanna dry run / practice. I will send out invites probably by next weekend and the draft will be on the weekend of the 4th preseason game.. this insures that everyone has a good chance of knowing who is hurt/who is starting as no one really plays their Key guys on that last preseason gaem.. its more about the scrubs making the squad ... any other questions/concerns???

Ok I have a question..... I won't pretend I know everything about football and I know nothing about how the draft works...
So....
The day of the draft we must be available at a certain time to pick?
Why the mock draft? Is it that difficult?
Is there some place I can read up on the rules?
Will I get a normal sized roster?
