*A note to the Commissioner: Would it be a conflict of interest to have two members of the fantasy league who are having sex be in the same league? I vote that they may be in direct competition with each other only if they refrain from any sexual activity during the entire football season. I will also volunteer to monitor said couple and report my findings directly back to you.

Congress HAS appointed an independent council to investigate the issue, and as this is the case, appeals to the "Commissioner" are neither necessary nor useful.

An intitial finding had determined that while it may be a conflict of interests to have two members of the fantasy league who are having sex be in the same league, it is direct violation of their fundamental civil liberties and rights to deny them the opportunity to copulate be it in public or private.

A further note - Viagra and other meds of the same variety shall NOT be considered Performance Enhancing Drugs for the purposes of Fantasy Football.
