Default How do you relieve stress?

I'm just curious. I know that this site is wonderful for friendships and a place to talk to people to help de-stress, but what else do you do?

For me I try to play the piano, that helps me shut everything out and relax.

I run, if it gets really bad. Something about pounding the pavement, or the trail just really helps me to let off steam.

If its just minor annoyances, or if I feel myself start to get tense... masterbation works wonders.

Well sex is out for me, at least for now...so I work-out or go for a walk along the beach or take a hike in the woods. Lots of deep breathing and grounding helps when you need something right now.

Stress... hmm well usually i bury myself in the studio, make some tracks.. they usually suck when I am not in a good mood... but its therapeutic ... sometimes i go out back and just wrestle with the 2 dogs... that always makes me feel like a kid.
