I have to move sometime next spring, and I don't want to stay in Georgia. Not that it's bad here, just want a change.

Do you like the city/state where you live? How are the schools, job market, cost of living?

Where I live the schools are the best in the state, cost of living and weather is comparable to GA. The only thing missing is you.

Here is best. Good public education, low risk of natural disasters, good weather, good job market but cost of living is a bit high when it comes to houses. But housing market is positive so you shouldnt loose any money there.

Even though I'm in no way a native, I love where I live now!

Don't know about the schools but regarding ur other questions the cost of living's cheap, jobs are plentiful and well paid and housing costs are low too seemingly (i cant say for sure as my housing is paid for by my employer)

Why dontcha visit I'd love to show u round, ahem...

I do love where I live, 30 minutes from a beach, 45 minutes from a major city, couple hours from Tahoe for lake or snow... and short walks to my favorite family members.. couldn't ask for more. Well.. a better political climate and cheaper cost of living would be lovely but eh.. it's pretty.

Love it here in long island. High taxes. Homes on top of each other, bad accents. Wannabe tough guys, you get judged by what you own and drive and 4 hour commute to drive 30 miles and oh segregated towns, only 3 ways off the island is still my fave

I love where I live, but its not for the feint of heart! We only have two seasons, winter and road construction. Low population, low crime, good schools, beautiful scenery! Lots of places to go and things to do!
