I'll start...LOTS. The end!

Ok ok...getting work stuff done. Chat about yoga and so on. ;-) Gym'ing it...yoga and it was needed more than I realized. Sauna time with a bestie after work.

Witnessing people taking a stand and firmly sticking to their guns while coming to someone else's defense. Too bad emotionally and physically battered women don't realize that they are worth so much more than what they are getting. I gave the Good Samaritan props for being a real man and standing up to the abuser.

Sticking my foot in my mouth while been swooned. I'm so not sauve and giggled off and on the whole way home. Totally worth being a flirting disaster IMO.

Getting home. Prepping for tomorrow with ease and heating up cheese with carbs (quesadilla) & extra stuff'z to put on it. The the mention of cheese has goodness written all over alone.

The day is still young here, but it started good. Finding Gabs' polliwog post instigating memories of my own sweet grandparents with whom I spent my summers as a young boy. Then finding Lyric's thread here, making a warm sun rise before sunrise. An all day First Aid training ahead that is going to relax me a little from the usual work, especially having spent the last weekend doing booth service at an exhibition.

I feel this day will do me good, and I'm blaming my good friends here for it
