1985 Chevy Cavalier that I bought brand new at 18. Car payment wasn't bad, but insurance was more than the payment each month!

Ha... 1967 Plymouth Fury 3 .... you could sit what seemed like 8 people in the front seat... that car was massive, the steering wheel was like 5ft in diameter!!

1982 Chevy Chevette: I remember driving it up Black Mountain/Blue Ridge Parkway to school, praying to God it woulnt stall. LOL!! could only do 45-50mph up the mountain.

1977 Audi Fox wagon. A hand me down from the parents. I paid rent on that car, $20 a week until I was 21 and bought my own damn car!

a 1969 Mercury Cougar XR-7, blue, witha black vinyl top and a 351 Windsor engine in it. That car was very fast. The body was rotting away on it but I loved that car. It was very similar to the one in my avatar.

1983 Ford Thuderbird, or as my brothers called it Thunderchicken..lol

It had no heater, no air, the paint was peeling off of it, and it broke down all the time, but I didn't care. I loved that car! It allowed me to have a little freedom, and feel more like and adult than a child. It was great.

1985 Mazda 626 - 2 toned brown, manual, even had a sunroof.

When I bought it, it had about 250,000 Km's on it (sorry, don't know how many miles that is). It's A LOT. I bought it for $1500 and learned how to drive stick in one day so that I could take it out that night with my friends. My dad is a patient man. The sound of grinding gears still makes me cringe.

Mine was a yellow 79 Lebaron with the slant 225. it was a nice car, but after i bored/stroked the engine and put a 4 bbl carb and exhaust on it got fast. Ahh the days when i thought all the work needed to be in the engine without worry about suspension/brakes or any of that stuff. I had alot of fun with that car, and almost killed myself for being a stupid kid. well that is the first car that I owned anyway.. the first car i built was a 30 ford for my pop.
